How we work
Landscaping is mostly what's underneath.
A retaining wall is only as good as the base under it and a lawn is only as good as the grade beneath the sod. Those are the two places a cheap quote saves money, and they're the two places you find out about it three winters later when the stone has moved and the water is sitting against the house.
We'd rather explain that at the quote than argue about it afterwards, so you can see up front what the excavation, the base, the material and the disposal each cost.

Our own people, our own equipment.
Excavators, compactors, rollers, trailers and chippers are ours. That's why the schedule is ours too.

The quote is the price
If we missed something, that's our problem, not a change order. The only thing that moves the number is you asking for more work.

Base depth doesn't get cut
It's the one place where saving a day costs you the whole installation. If a budget won't cover proper base, we'll tell you to do a smaller area properly instead.

The site gets left clean
Spoil hauled, driveway blown off, lawn raked, road swept. Not as an extra line item — as the end of the job.

Neighbours get considered
Cones out, access kept clear, nobody blocked in. Work near a property line gets discussed with both sides before the machine starts.

Homes and grounds.
Most of our work is residential — back gardens, front entrances, driveways and the lawns around them. We also maintain grounds and bed planting for commercial and multi-residential buildings, on a scheduled contract.
