Questions

Before you get in touch.

Does the quote cost anything?

No. The visit and the quote are both free, and there's no obligation to book.

Where do you work?

Burlington, Oakville and Mississauga. If you're just past one of those, send the property address on the form and we'll tell you straight away whether we can get there — plenty of jobs sit a little outside the line.

How soon can you start?

It depends on the season and the size of the job. Spring and fall fill up first — that's when everyone wants beds opened up and lawns put down. Small work can usually be fitted in sooner than a full build. We'll give you a real date rather than a hopeful one.

Do you take on small jobs?

Yes. A single bed, one short wall, a patio wash. Not everything has to be a whole-property project.

What happens to the old sod, soil and stone?

We haul it and dispose of it, and that's inside the quoted price. You shouldn't be left with a pile on the driveway or a separate bin invoice.

Do you maintain what you build?

Usually, yes. Most builds roll into a maintenance schedule afterwards. New planting and new sod are at their most vulnerable in the first year, which is exactly when it's worth having someone watching them.

Do you work on commercial properties?

Yes — grounds and bed maintenance for commercial and multi-residential buildings, on a scheduled contract, as well as installation work.

What do you need from me to quote?

The address, a rough idea of what you want done, and access to walk the space. Photos help if you're describing something specific, but they're not required.
